Yes. We work with an independent auditor to maintain a SOC 2 Type 2 report, which objectively certifies our controls to ensure the continuous security, availability, confidentiality, and integrity of our customers' data.

Yes. We are committed to helping customers who are governed by HIPAA/HITECH regulations in protecting their Protected Health Information (PHI).

We do not retain any personal credit card details of our customers. Instead, we rely on Stripe for secure transaction processing, confident in their adherence to top-tier security practices. Stripe holds a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification.

Outerbase operates using your database credentials, enabling enhanced functionality tailored to your needs. For capabilities to modify data, providing us with write access credentials is necessary. Conversely, should your intention be solely to analyze data, you have the option to limit access to read-only permissions for selected columns, ensuring a customized and secure data interaction experience.
